1. Agreement to these terms
This website is operated by Greenline Commerce LLC ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States. Senaveli is a brand of Greenline Commerce LLC.
Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Greenline Commerce LLC. By visiting senaveli.com and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink.
If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Who may use this site
By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province or country of residence, and that you have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Products and pricing
All products are offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products we offer, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason.
Pricing. All prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise, and are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to display product colours, packaging and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your display renders them exactly.
Pricing errors. Occasionally a product may be listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error. Where this happens, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full, whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will contact you if this occurs.
Promotional offers. Discount codes, limited-time offers and promotional pricing may be withdrawn or modified at any time and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
4. Orders and payment
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send you a shipping confirmation, not when payment is taken.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, an unauthorised transaction, a pricing error, or a breach of these Terms. If we cancel your order we will refund you in full.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information, and to promptly update your details so that we can complete your order and contact you as needed.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather or other circumstances outside our control.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Where a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will replace or refund your order as described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
7. Cosmetic product — important disclaimer
Senaveli products are cosmetics, not drugs or medical devices. They are intended to improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition, and these statements have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration.
Nothing on this website constitutes medical advice. Information provided on the site, in emails, or by our support team is general in nature and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
You should consult your doctor or pharmacist before using our products if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing any skin or medical condition. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use immediately and seek medical advice.
Patch testing. We recommend testing any new product on a small area of skin and waiting 24 hours before wider use.
